Biography

Ella Grace Helton is a tiny powerhouse of personality who engulfs those around her with infectious positive energy. A child actress since age 3, she has enjoyed acting roles in an ABC television show, a feature film opposite Adam Sandler, 18 commercials and a Broadway show. She also made her filmmaking debut at age 9, having written, directed and edited her first film. She also is a competitive ballroom dancer and a musician — she loves singing while playing piano and guitar.

The multi-disciplinary artist and child entrepreneur has achieved several milestones: The BCA welcomed Ella at age 9 to become its youngest ever member in July 2022, and she also was the youngest artist to have work juried and approved by the Art in Public Places Committee to display. Ella’s artwork elevated to a new level when she became a private student of international-selling portrait artist Debi Pettigrew. Ella’s preferred medium for her artwork means covering her fingers in pastel dust to bring animals and nature to life.

She began selling her original pastel drawings alongside her jewelry at farmers markets, then launched an online store to share her designs and creations with a wider audience. Eau Gallery in Melbourne welcomed Ella as the first child artist to display work there, and soon after, she entered into her first retail consignment partnership for her jewelry to be a part of The Seaside Succulent in Cocoa Village. She’s raised over $6,000 for The Children’s Hunger Project through sales of her Ella Bella Beads.
