Biography
I spent 10 years as an active board member with the American Cancer Society. I loved the art that local artists would donate for the live and silent auctions held to benefit cancer patients. My thoughts were if I could produce the type of art I was seeing, I could donate it to help fight the war against cancer. As a two-time cancer survivor producing art for such a worthy cause inspired my journey to becoming an accomplished watercolor artist.
Over the years I have participated in juried exhibitions, won awards and sold my art in several galleries locally and nationally. I am blessed to live on the water in Florida where the wading birds and wildlife constantly inspire me. Nature is my biggest muse.
