Biography
Dawn Peck is a local surf and native Florida artist that grew up on the barrier islands on the Space Coast of Florida. The surf and sun were a part of her daily life. Since Dawn was a young girl she spent most of her time outside being a Florida girl. Whether it was a local break in Cocoa Beach or a short drive to Sebastian Inlet , playing in the orange groves or water skiing and fishing in the Banana River lagoon she was always living a mermaid life.
Whether she’s in or out of the water she knows and appreciates how water moves. Dawns life goal is to communicate the water that she has spent her life on in her paintings and personality! Thanking God for the gift of art and how she can create to reflect his glory in nature and more!
Dawn is passionate about the environment and hopes to bring positive change through awareness by sharing her local art . Sea Turtles and waves are two of her favorite subjects as well as the local near shore reef.
