Description

My work explores the tension between silence and survival — the hidden emotional landscapes that exist beneath the surface of the human experience. Through layered mixed media, fragmented forms, coastal symbolism, and surreal imagery, I create pieces that examine transformation, memory, resilience, and identity.

Water, fish, anatomy, and organic textures appear repeatedly throughout my work as metaphors for emotional depth, intuition, movement, and rebirth. I am drawn to imperfect surfaces, weathered textures, and the beauty found in reconstruction. Many of my pieces reflect the idea that healing is not linear — that strength often emerges through fracture, pressure, and reinvention.

Influenced by surrealism, contemporary figurative art, and coastal environments, I combine acrylics, texture mediums, drawing elements, and found visual language to create work that feels both dreamlike and emotionally raw. I want viewers to pause long enough to discover something beneath the obvious — a tension, a memory, or a reflection of themselves. Each piece is an exploration of what remains unseen beneath the skin: the quiet chaos, the endurance, and the continual act of becoming.
