Painting with Watercolor Inks

Jan Bryant continues her popular painting classes at the Studios of Cocoa Beach with Painting with Watercolor Inks, on Tuesday, June 27 from 1 to 3 pm. This class is for beginners, or those wishing to refresh! Learn to use watercolor ink as a painting medium, including washes and pen detailing. We will have fun trying various ink techniques, while not worrying we will “ruin” a painting. You will be ready, after class, to paint a picture in watercolor ink and understand what supplies you need to be successful.

Instructor Jan Bryant is an award winning artist with many solo shows to her credit.  She works in watercolors, acrylics, ink and pastels.  She has taught at the college level in Kentucky and Ohio and locally at Central Brevard Art Association.  She loves teaching and sharing her expertise with everyone. If you have been waiting to explore painting, here is your chance to work with a great teacher.

Fee for the class is $70 which includes all materials.  Register at the Studios website: www.studiosofcocoabeach.org. The Studios’ workshop room is behind the gallery at 165 Minutemen Causeway in downtown Cocoa Beach.
