Native Florida Pollinators

My Art4Aquarium workshops pop up at venues throughout Brevard County, bringing nature‑themed artmaking directly into the community. Each session focuses on creating individual, unique artworks united by a shared ecological theme, encouraging participants to explore their own style, medium and particular subject while learning about Florida’s wildlife and waterways. These workshops support the future Bowen Aquarium in Port Canaveral and the East Coast Zoological Foundation’s conservation efforts.

This summer’s children’s workshop, Native Florida Pollinators, will be held July 27–29 from 10 to 11 am at The Plant Shack in Port St. John. Young artists will learn about local pollinator species while creating vibrant, expressive artwork inspired by Florida’s natural world. Through hands‑on creativity, students discover how art can spark curiosity, stewardship, and a deeper connection to the ecosystems that define our coastal home.
