June Exhibit: Like the Yellow Sun
The Studios of Cocoa Beach , 165 Minutemen Causeway in downtown Cocoa Beach, presents its June exhibit Like the Yellow Sun, beginning June 9th. This exhibit features local art by Studios’ members including painting, photography, glass and wood, ceramics, jewelry, palm fibers, surfboard fins, and more. Each work must contain the color yellow.
The exhibit will share space with art by the 2023 Central Brevard Art Association Scholarship winner, Rowan Booth of Cocoa Beach Jr/Sr High. This marks the third year that the Studios has arranged an exhibit for the winner.
An opening reception for both exhibits is Saturday, June 10, 2023, 4 to 8 pm. Meet Rowan and many of the Studios artists while enjoying refreshments and viewing amazing local art. The reception is free. A donation to the Studios gives you a chance to win, as we raffle off two art works by Studios artists.
The exhibits will be on view until June 29, 2023. The gallery is open Mondays 9 am to 2 pm, Tuesday to Saturday 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday 1 to 6pm. Visit
