“It Takes a Village” Daily 1-Hour Historic Cruise
Sailing from Cocoa Village Marina at 10:00 am daily for a one hour historic scenic tour. We will begin boarding at 9:30am so please allow enough time to park in Cocoa Village and walk over.
We leave the dock at 10:00 am. DON’T MISS THE BOAT!
This tour features onboard audio commentary that tells stories about the quaint history of the first settlers who arrived in the City of Cocoa in 1860. You will also discover the wonder of how this small community became Florida’s Space Coast.
Passengers will be able to see the historic estates that line the river’s edge as they travel along the inter-coastal waterway (ICW) onboard the Indian River Queen. The Indian River Lagoon is North America’s most diverse estuary, with more than 2100 species of plants and 2200 animals. It is home to herds of manatees, flocks of birds and playful dolphins.
“The Queen’s Coffee & Ice Cream Shop” will be open after we leave the dock.
This tour is the perfect way to start your day in Cocoa Village! Following your cruise be sure to pick up some souvenirs from one of the many gift shops and boutiques in Cocoa Village or grab a bite to eat at one of the amazing restaurants. There is plenty to keep you busy in the historic and picturesque Cocoa Village.
Introductory cost for this tour is $25 per person regardless of age.
No additional discounts available.
No parking onsite. All passengers must park in Cocoa Village and stroll over to the marina to board. Parking is also available at the Tin Whiskey Restaurant as you enter Cocoa Village which is across the street from the Cocoa Village welcome ship sign.
Private charters for groups, school field trips and events are also available.
