The Liberty Bell Museum is excited to announce the return of its 2nd Annual Civil War History Day, taking place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 1601 Oak Street, Melbourne, FL
Civil War History Day will feature numerous exhibitors, each presenting a unique facet of Civil War‑era life, culture, and military history. Visitors can interact with historians, view authentic artifacts, and learn about the experiences of soldiers and civilians during the conflict. Civil War History Day offers an enriching and interactive experience for families, students, and history enthusiasts. The Liberty Bell Museum welcomes the community to join in a day of learning, discovery, and connection to America’s past.
Genealogists will be on-site to help attendee’s research ancestors who may have served in the war, offering a personal connection to the past.
Special Feature: The Veterans Memorial Museum will host a special Trunk Show showcasing authentic Civil War-era artifacts, uniforms, and memorabilia. This unique exhibit offers visitors a rare glimpse into the personal belongings and stories of veterans from the period. The Trunk Show will be open during the same hours as the main event, providing an enriching complement to the day’s activities.
The Liberty Bell Museum will also be open for free tours throughout the event, giving guests the opportunity to explore its exhibits and learn more about the museum’s mission to preserve and share American history.
