Causeway is pleased to announce Center For Post-Capitalist Opportunity’s Sunset, Future, Hope and Coastline Short Sale Auction (Highly Motivated Seller, Once in an Epoch Unreal Estate Investment Opportunity), a solo exhibition by Leah Sandler.

The investment opportunity of an epoch! 

The Agent (formerly the Archivist) invites you to a VIP interest session for a short sale auction of the sunset, future, hope and coastline through the Center for Post-Capitalist Opportunity (LLC).

This installation and performance responds to the scalability of ideologies and missions of institutions during moments of extremis, presenting a parafictional rebranding of the Center For Post-Capitalist History (CPCH) as an “unreal estate” investment firm, and pivoting the role of the Archivist into the Agent. In a drag of the institutions currently bending to political and economic bullying, CPCH’s rebrand also suggests our new political and economic order relies on private claims of ownership of the intangible.

Please join us for the opening reception on Saturday, June 28 from 7-9 pm at 315 Minutemen Causeway, Cocoa Beach FL (Unit 5). The performance will begin at 8 pm.

The exhibition will be on view by appointment Saturday, June 28 through Saturday, July 26, 2025.
