J.T’s Bluegrass Opener: Carson Peters & Iron Mountain
Young Carson Petersis a veteran bluegrass musician. At age eight, he was on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. At 10, he made his Grand Ole Opry debut alongside country/bluegrass superstar, Ricky Skaggs. Carson was all of 17 when he competed on The Voice, coached by Blake Shelton. And on Thursday, September 4, the now 20-year-old Carson Peters and his band, Iron Mountain will roll into Titusville to kick off the 2025-26 bluegrass season for J.T.’s Bluegrass. Carson’s five–member group will perform a single show of high-energy bluegrass music during the 7:00 PM concert at Shepherd’s Hall, 2073 Garden Street in Titusville, 32780. Two previous albums feature bluegrass cover standards and gospel favorites. J.T’s Bluegrass has six remaining bands lined up for the 2025-26 season, including the couple considered bluegrass royalty, Darin and Brooke Aldridge. J.T.
