Fauvism or Les Fauves (French for the "Wild Beasts"), is a style that began in the early 20th century and made famous by artists like Henri Matisse and Andre Derain. This style uses painterly qualities and strong color over the representational or realistic values retained by Impressionism.
I will paint an original portrait of you, a family member, friend, foe or anyone significant in your life under a very inexpensive commission. I will paint with bold, vibrant colors to brighten up your home. My fees for commissions are 70 cents per square inch.
