Pamela Litras was born in Seoul, South Korea. At the age of five, she was adopted by an American family and raised in Buffalo, New York. While watching German Expressionism films of the 1930’s and French New Wave films of the 1960s, she developed an interest in art and design. She was the decorator for Cafe' Margaux, Ulysses' Prime Steakhouse, and the Mediterranean banquet room. Her main focus was the Margaux specialty salads, cake decorating, and notably, the seasonal dessert designs rendered on cream. Pamela never attended art or culinary school.
