Visit the Brevard Zoo and experience the Wild Side!

Built by the community, Brevard Zoo has grown into a conservation leader and important destination for tourists. Brevard Zoo is home to more than 550 animals representing over 165 species from Florida, Central and South America, Africa, Asia, and Australia. The zoo features many extraordinary animal experiences including the recent arrival of the meerkats, giraffe and lorikeet feedings, guided kayak tours through Expedition Africa, paddle boating in the wetlands, and a train ride. The Zoo is located 1/2 mile east of I-95 at exit 191 on Wickham Road in Melbourne. Open daily 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with last admission at 4:15 p.m. Admission is $14.50/Adults 13 and older; $13.50/Seniors ages 65+; $10.50/Children ages 2–12; and, FREE to children under two. Twenty-five cents of every admission goes to support the Zoo’s conservation projects. Parking is always free. Group discounts and adventure packaging available. Brevard Zoo is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums.
