SUMMARY:CBAA Anniversary Celebration Art Show and Sale
DESCRIPTION:\nThe Central Brevard Art Association is delighted to announce a special Anniversary Celebration ArtShow this April at the Cocoa-Rockledge Garden Club in Rockledge, FL.\n\n\n\nThe historic event brings CBAA members and other community artists together to exhibit, sell andcelebrate. The highlight of the weekend is the art show which attracts artists of all levels fromthroughout Brevard to participate. The show is judged by well-known jurors who select the best ofthe best to be recognized for their work. The weekend will include a variety of demonstrationsthroughout both days. In addition, a variety of original fine art and prints, photography, jewelry,sculpture, mixed media and much more will be on display and for sale throughout the two day event.Event chairperson, Laurie Griffin stated, “For 65 years the CBAA has thrived in Brevard County andwe are excited to bring our celebration to the community that has always supported and encouragedlocal art and artists.”\n\n\n\nThe Cocoa-Rockledge Garden Club is located at 1493 South Fiske Boulevard, Rockledge FL.Admission and parking are free. Show hours are: Saturday, April 12th, 10 AM – 5 PM and Sunday,April 13th, 10AM – 4 PM.About Central Brevard Art Association (CBAA)CBAA is a not-for-profit organization of local artists serving Brevard County for over 61 years.CBAA was created to promote community appreciation of visual arts, provide educationalopportunities in visual arts to the local community and support our members through education,instruction, encouragement, and promotion. Through community support, CBAA also provides anannual scholarship award to a local graduating high school senior who wishes to pursue a collegeeducation in art and sponsors a scholarship at Eastern Florida State College for students pursuing thearts.
