DESCRIPTION:\nThe annual Space Coast Seashell Festival is coming to town, filling the Eau Gallie Civic Center with thousands of colorful shells collected from all across the globe. This FREE event has something for everyone: scientific exhibits, a vendor area with shells for collectors and crafters, a hands-on Kids’ Corner, as well as shell jewelry and home décor.\n\n\n\nAdding to the fun are art demonstrations, door prizes, plus fabulous raffle prizes including a boat trip to a shelling island, tickets to Kennedy Space Center, the Brevard Zoo, gift cards to Pineapples, shell jewelry, artwork and much more!\n\n\n\nPresented for over four decades by the Astronaut Trail Shell Club, the 2025 Festival takes place Saturday and Sunday, January 18 & 19, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, at the Eau Gallie Civic Center, 1551 Highland Ave., Melbourne, FL, 32935. Admission and parking are free.\n\n\n\nFor year-round shelling fun, the Astronaut Trail Shell Club meets the first Wed of each month (Jan – May & Sept to Dec), at 1 pm at the Satellite Beach City Hall.
