DESCRIPTION:Community Band of Brevard presents…\nSummer is nearly here and with it, the end of another performing season for the Community Band of Brevard. On Sunday, June 4, conductor Robin Kessler and his award-winning band will cook up the perfect closing performance with A CBOB Summer Concert at Merritt Island High School Auditorium, 100 Mustang Way (off North Courtenay Parkway, 32953). The 3:00 PM concert will feature a variety of musical selections, including several works by favorite composers Leroy Anderson and The March King, John Phillip Sousa. A CBOB Summer Concert is free with no ticket required and no reserve seating. A past winner of the John Philip Sousa Foundation Sudler Silver Scroll Award for musical excellence, the Community Band of Brevard is directed by former military bandleader, Robin Kessler.
