Art Specialty : Digital Photography, Printing
Photography has been part of my life for over 35 years. Digital photography is very exciting since it combines photography with over 40 years of my work with computers and software. What you see is the intersection of photography, computers and my love of nature and the land into an expression of photographic art.
My photography is an attempt at fine artistic photographic representation of what I see in nature, including flora, fauna and landscapes. Some photographs document the detail, color and shape of nature. Other photographs look at nature up close, from behind, above or below. Views from different perspectives enhance our appreciation of nature. Macro photographs reveal details we may never otherwise see.
I am interested in patterns found in nature from the macro level to larger vistas. I am especially interested in the patterns in nature that look like abstract art.
I hope you enjoy my images as much as I have enjoyed photographing them and digitally developing them.
