I have been drawing and painting most of my life. Born in Toledo, Ohio, I majored in Art in high school and studied at the University of Toledo, and the Toledo Museum of Art. In 1985 I moved to the sunshine state, happily leaving the snow behind. My favorite subject matter is the tropical foliage and flowers in my backyard. I enjoy working in the medium of acrylic paint but have produced works in pastel and pencil as well. I love to draw! I have lived and worked in Key West for the past 20 years. I have opened two cooperative galleries with 7 other fellow artists.
