Frank Rao
Frank is a third generation artist. Both his father and grandfather were Italian craftsmen in both painting and sculpting. Frank has taken his work to a higher lever with murals depicting any scene or style of art requested. Their works can be seen in many residences, restaurants and other establishments throughout the world, including celebrity homes, condos and many facets of commercial property.
