Bill Crotts
William Crotts
William Crotts is a native Floridian, who has loved photography since he was a kid. He completed a study from the New York Institute of Photography in 1982 and has done photography of all kinds ever since. Finding his main love was for nature photography, he started sharing his pictures with friends and family. Capturing pictures of animals and landscapes with his Canon 40D camera brings him great pleasure and excitement.
He received the Editor's Choice Award for Outstanding Achievement from the International Library of Photography in 1998 for his portrait of an American eagle. His favorite places in Central Florida are Viera Wetlands, Merritt Island Biolab Road, Merritt Island Refuge and Forever Florida in Kenansville. His photography has been used in several media publications for Forever Florida and he is frequently asked to be their event photographer.
Through trips over the past couple of years to Yellowstone National Park, Glacier National Park and the National Bison Range in Montana and Wyoming, this Florida boy has found another "photographer's heaven" and can't wait to go back.
He hopes that his pictures show others the beauty of nature and what God has given to us. For God is the Great Creator of all things beautiful!
