The Brevard China Painter Guild Charter was granted by the World Organization of China Painters on March 2, 1970 with 12 members. Later renamed Brevard Porcelain Artists Club, the object of the club is to educate and encourage the study, instruction and appreciation of artists, connoisseurs and patrons of the fine art of porcelain china painting. Through their efforts in educating the public, the members are regularly invited to exhibit their art in state, municipal and professional offices. The Brevard Porcelain Artists has been recognized by the World Organization of Porcelain Painters as the most outstanding club in the state of Florida.
