Biography

I have been a Florida resident for over 30 years as an artist and avid fisherman, spending every spare moment on the water. Recently, I was blessed with an opportunity to learn to combine both my passion for fishing and my love of art to create unique artwork that is inspired by some of God's most beautiful creatures.|I have been a Florida resident for over 30 years as an artist and avid fisherman, spending every spare moment on the water. Recently, I was blessed with an opportunity to learn to combine both my passion for fishing and my love of art to create unique artwork that is inspired by some of God's most beautiful creatures.

I recently learned the technique of Gyotaku, a Japanese fish rubbing of the actual fish. Gyotaku is an alternative to taxidermy that is becoming more and more popular.

I use metallic paints, giving my prints a beautiful iridescent shine when light runs across the print. The impressions are done on different colors of rice papers & fabrics. I also offer custom rustic wood framing for my prints made to order.
