30 Days of fun, sand sculpture, entertainment, competition, good food, and more! The Art of Sand Festival and Exhibition promises to be one of the largest arts and cultural events in Brevard County. Visit www.ArtOfSandUS.com for more complete information.

April 2 - May 1, 2010 in Cape Canaveral at Radisson at the Port. Event located at the intersection of the Beachline and A1A, in the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida

This month-long event will give visitors an opportunity to experience first-hand the 10 to 12 foot sculptures created by Master Sand Sculptors from around the world, as well as other sand sculptures created by amateurs, youth and corporate teams.

The 3-day opening weekend festival, April 2-4, will have an awards ceremony, entertainment, vendors, food, and a chance to see the sculptures all for one low admission price of $8.00 adult and $4.00 for seniors, military personnel and children under 15.

For the four weeks of the Art of Sand event there will be sand sculpting competitions, tours of the sculptures, merchandise and special events that will provide opportunities for cross promotions with our area's arts and cultural venues.
Youth Pavilion - Kids can experiment with their own sand sculptures, learn fun facts about sand and the environment and have some hands-on fun.
