Description:
Using the humble take out container as a jumping off point, a wide range of artists will be invited to create artwork. Take-Out playfully investigates the cardboard box and its intrinsic relationship to issues related to the defining shape of the box, the revealing function of the box, the storage function of the box (with respect to both preservation and obliteration), and the legacy of the box in artist multiples and editions.
